Rooted at Rubio Farms
Juice Brews sits on the grounds of Rubio Farms, a family fruit stand on Krome Ave that has been feeding Homestead for over 15 years. That's not a coincidence. It's the whole idea.
Most of the fruit that goes into our smoothies and juices is grown right here: mango, mamey, guava, guanabana, lychee, passion fruit and whatever else is in season. It's picked ripe, not shipped green, and you can taste the difference in every cup.
Everything we serve is made fresh in our trailer. Our wraps, bowls and salads are prepped every morning with real ingredients and nothing greasy. Healthy food that actually tastes good, from people who grew it.
Stop by, grab a smoothie, and pick up your produce on the way out.
Why we do it
Juice Brews started with one simple idea: give Homestead something good.
What you eat and drink changes how you feel. More real fruit and vegetables, fewer heavy, greasy meals, and you notice the difference in your energy, your mood and your day. We wanted to make that easy, fast and delicious enough that you'd actually want to come back.
So we keep it honest. Fruit from our own trees. Juices cold-pressed in small batches. Food prepped fresh every morning. And a crew that's happy to help you pick the right thing, whether it's your first visit or your hundredth.

My Story
As the founder of Juice Brews, I'm proud to say that our business is the result of my own personal health journey. A few years ago, I found myself struggling with low energy levels, frequent headaches, and digestive issues. I knew that something needed to change, and I started experimenting with different diets and lifestyles to try to find a solution.
It wasn't until I started incorporating more fresh, whole foods into my diet - especially fruits and vegetables - that I started to see a real improvement in my health. I was amazed at the difference it made, and I knew that I wanted to help others experience the same benefits.
That's when I decided to start Juice Brews. I wanted to create a place where people could come to get delicious, nutrient-dense juices and smoothies that would help them feel their best. I'm passionate about using only the highest-quality ingredients, and I'm committed to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
I'm excited to be able to share my love of fresh, healthy foods with others, and I'm always happy to answer questions and make recommendations based on my own experience and expertise.
